Our expertise in metrology is complimented by our manufacturing abilities. We offer 4 & 5 axis machining as well as a shop equipped with all the necessary support tools. It all starts with the right tools up front. Using the industries premiere CAM package, UniGraphics NX, traditionally difficult parts are greatly simplified. Our shop personnel work closely with inspectors to identify potential problems during process development in addition to end product verification. We service industries from aerospace to medical and often work with the most difficult materials. |

| The part to the right was made from 3-1/4” Aluminum plate for Aerospace application. We sourced the material, completed all machining operations internally, sourced all finishes, completed assembly and provided First Article Inspection of the first part. Subsequent parts had key dimensions inspected 100% and all processes were verified. |  |
