Fixture and Tuning
We also offer fixture tuning and calibration services. Many of our customers are not able to manufacture assembly components to satisfy stack up tolerances required. With good techniques, a fully equipped shop, and a surface grinder capable of maintaining 0.00005”, we can provide a level of accuracy not achievable by others. We have tuned gages to 0.000,250” and certified set masters to 0.000,020”. Our CAD based measurement software makes NO project too difficult.
